COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 3! 14-02-2021

As a result of the 3 recently confirmed cases of COVID-19, the Government has announced that Auckland will move to Alert Level 3 commencing 11.59pm tonight the 14th of February for 3 days.

Under the soon to be Alert Level 3 Restrictions, our Office Team will be working from home and with a hopeful heart, will return the office on Thursday 10am the 18th of February.

Our Construction Team will continue as essential workers to work hard to complete the last few final construction stages of our near finished Victor Building.

For those who have made appointments with myself to sign contracts or to visit site, these appointments will need to be shifted to Thursday the 18th of February. If you wish to secure an apartment / sign a commercial lease in the meantime, please know we can still sign and process Sales & Purchase Agreements / Lease Agreements electronically.
